Returns and Exchanges

• EFFECTIVE 5/25/22 - ALL RETURNS WILL BE ASSESSED A 20% RESTOCKING FEE - SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS

• We ONLY offer returns on unopened, unused merchandise. 

• If you are having a quality issue with your order please contact us directly and we will make it right

• We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items due to postal service or for incorrect addresses placed on orders by customer

Shipping

• All orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days unless specified as a pre-order, pre-order items will be shipped at designated pre-order date found in product listing 

• If purchasing multiple items with a pre-order all items will ship together at  pre-order ship date, if you desire to get non pre-order items sooner please place a separate order

• Making Magic Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen mail
